Yamaha introduced the 2023 Yamaha Wolverine RMAX2 1000, RMAX4 1000, X2, and X4 models. What might be new in the lineup for 2023 you might ask? Not to spoil it but other than new colors (and graphics) there is absolutely nothing new (at this point) in the 2023 Yamaha Wolverine lineup compared to the 2022 Wolverine lineup. That is not to say there isn’t anything good in the lineup because there is a lot of great things we love about the Yamaha Wolverines. Below is what you need to know.

Yamaha released its 2022 models this week with a brand new "model" of RMAX2 1000 making its debut. That would be the 2022 Yamaha RMAX2 1000 Sport. Like so many side-by-side manufacturers, Yamaha is now building purpose-specific editions of it's product lines where in this case the RMAX2 1000 Sport is equipped for a more "sporty" look and capability. Now you want to know the nitty-gritty of what makes the Wolverine RMAX2 1000 Sport unique. Here is the list:

Well this is some BIG news coming out of the Yamaha camp on a Thursday, and we at ATV ESCAPE are stoked on this vehicle. We have wanted this side-by-side out of Yamaha for several years. Say hello to the new Wolverine RMAX 1000 and RMAX4 1000 side-by-sides, and, not to spoil it, but yes it comes with a new 999cc engine putting 108 horsepower (according to the EPA CARB site) to the ground for your adventure or work pleasure. We remember the first time we saw the Wolverine X4 shortly before it’s release in 2018. Yamaha had made giant strides in comfort and capability just two years after the release of the first Wolverine side-by-side. Then, we saw the Wolverine X2 come out in 2019 mirroring the Wolverine X4 only built for two. Now in 2021 Yamaha has already made improvements to both the Wolverine X2 & X4 taking these side-by-sides from being really good to truly great.

Listen Up Yamaha owners. Yamaha is bringing it back again... for year three! Its third-annual XT-Reme Terrain Challenge (XT-R Challenge) for Yamaha YXZ, Wolverine, and Grizzly owners, friends, and families.
